Project management

Project management oversight

Structured into three phases — initial consultation with findings, written plan of action, and Bray serving as general contractor for corrective work. We remain onsite for the full duration to ensure all restoration and repair work is performed correctly.

Initial consultation

Bray Building Consultants provides precision consulting for challenging remediation projects. When moisture or mold becomes a concern, we identify the point of entry causing underlying issues and develop a detailed findings report that pinpoints areas requiring corrective attention.

Unassisted plan of action

After the initial consultation, we can prepare a comprehensive, step-by-step corrective action plan at an additional cost. Bray Building Consultants accepts no liability for the implementation of corrective measures unless the firm is expressly contracted to supervise the project.

General contractor for corrective restoration

Bray Building Consultants will be onsite every step of the way to ensure your plan of action is executed per Bray's plan of action.

Billing process

  • Phases 1 and 2 require full payment upfront at time of invoice.
  • Phase 3 (general contractor services) requires a 50% deposit to secure scheduling, with the remaining 50% due upon completion of corrective measures performed. Excludes additional repair work such as sheetrock repair and painting.
