Three-phase project management
Initial Consultation
We identify moisture intrusion sources, mold concerns, and construction deficiencies through onsite inspection and diagnostics. A detailed written plan outlines the necessary remediation and repair strategy.
Corrective Action Plan
After the initial consultation, Bray Building Consultants can prepare a comprehensive, step-by-step corrective action plan at an additional cost. Bray accepts no liability for implementation unless expressly contracted to supervise the project.
Project Oversight
Bray oversees the corrective work from start to finish to ensure repairs are completed correctly and according to plan — the phase where our experience truly excels.
